Construction Update

The abatement work continues through the ground level and cellar. The installation of the protective sidewalk shed around the existing building is progressing. Demolition preparation is ongoing with disconnection of the existing building electrical service and installation of protective site fence to occur within the next two weeks. Further anticipated work includes installation of sidewalk bridge, installation of roof protection for adjacent building and test pit excavation within the project site.
